摘    要:采用原子吸收分光光度法研究了唐山市某蔬菜地土壤及蔬菜中重金属Cu的含量.结果表明:蔬菜中Cu的含量低于国家食品卫生标准;蔬菜中Cu的含量与土壤中Cu的含量有相关性,蔬菜中的Cu主要来自土壤.

Abstract:The content of Cu was analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry in soils and vegetables from Tangshan suburban vegetable fields.The results showed that the content of Cu was lower than the level criterion of'Tolerance limit of copper in foods'.The content of Cu in soils showed a significantly correlation with that in vegetables.Cu in the vegetables was from the soil.
