养多乐对酿酒葡萄“赤霞珠”果实品质的影响

摘    要:以欧亚种酿酒葡萄"赤霞珠"为试材,研究了养多乐(Sugar mover)不同喷施次数与喷施浓度对酿酒葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明:随着养多乐喷施次数的增加,其果实还原糖含量增加。喷施1 200倍液养多乐"赤霞珠"果实还原糖最高。随着养多乐喷施次数的增加,"赤霞珠"果实总花色素含量增加,连续喷施4次600倍养多乐效果最佳。喷施养多乐对"赤霞珠"果实总酚含量影响不大。

Abstract:’Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape was selected as material,the effects of different spraying frequency and concentration of "Sugar Mover" on the quality of grape were studied.The results showed that the berry sugars increased with the increase of spraying frequency.1 200 times liquid of Sugar Mover was the optimal concentration.The total anthocyanins of berry skin also increased with the increase of spraying frequency,and sprayed 600 times liquid of Sugar Mover for 4 times was the best.There was no significant relationship between the Sugar Mover spraying and total phenols in berry.
