摘    要:以马吐啊1、4-16N1、金魁雄株、秦雄201、杂合16-6S1和帮增1号6个美味猕猴桃雄性品种(株系)为材料,研究了不同干燥制粉技术及贮藏方法对猕猴桃花粉生活力的影响。结果表明:猕猴桃新鲜花粉的生活力较高,均达70%以上;灯照干燥法和恒温箱干燥法制取的猕猴桃花粉生活力最高,其次为阴干干燥法,日晒干燥法制取的猕猴桃花粉生活力最低;在常温条件下,猕猴桃花粉一般最多储藏15 d即失去活力;0~5℃低温干燥条件下贮藏,花粉生命力可以大大的延长。

Abstract:The viability of pollen collected by different dry methods and storied in different condition from 6 lines of Actinidia deliciosa,Matua,14-16N1,Male of Jinkun,Qixiong201,Zahe16-6S1 and Bangzeng No.1,were tested.The results showed that the viability of fresh pollen exceeded 70%.The viability of pollen gathered by light-drying and oven-drying was the highest,secondly by dryness in the shade,the pollen gathered by sun-drying had the lowest life strength.The pollen could be stored for up to 15 days without loss...
