| 摘 要： | 以啤酒糟为栽培原料,研究灭菌过程及不同配方对双孢菇菌丝生长、子实体性状及产量的影响。结果表明:装袋灭菌法可降低栽培的染菌率,配方中加入啤酒糟可以提高菌丝生长速度。啤酒糟与牛粪、玉米芯共同培养双孢菇的子实体性状较好且产量最高。

| Abstract: | By using the culture materials of beer lees,this paper studied the effects of sterilized process and different culture mediums on the growth rate of mycelia,sporocarp quality and the yield of Agaricus bisporus.The results showed that method of package sterilization could reduce the rate of infection.The beer lees in the medium could obviously promote the growth rate of Agaricus bisporus strain.The better sporocarp quality and the highest yield of Agaricus bisporus were observed in medium of beer lees,cattle... |
