摘    要:以野生观赏植物薄皮木的带腋芽的茎段为外植体,建立组培快繁体系.结果表明:薄皮木组培的最适诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,最适生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L.

Abstract:Using stem segment with axillary buds as explant,tissue culture and rapid propagation of wild plant Leptodermis oblonga Bge.were studied.The results showed as follow:MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for inducing,and MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for reproducing,1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L was suitable for rooting.
