牡丹'凤丹'胚不定芽诱导和生根研究

摘    要:以'凤丹'白种胚为材料,研究了不同植物生长调节剂对胚诱导丛生芽及生根的影响.结果表明:胚分化不定芽最佳培养基MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,生根率达60.17%.

Abstract:The mature embryo of 'Fengdan' was used as explant to study the effect of different hormone on shoot induction and rooting.Results showed that the optimum medium for production of multiple shoot from seed leaf was MS+6-BA 2.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L.The optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the rooting rate reached 60.17%.
