摘    要:以盆栽茄子幼苗为试材,模拟酸雨研究其不同pH值对盆栽茄子生理特性的影响。结果表明:随酸度的增强,茄子叶片内丙二醛含量增加,细胞膜通透性增强;叶绿素含量升高,过氧化物酶(POD)下降,过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性先升高再降低;脯氨酸含量升高。

Abstract:Taking potted eggplant seedlings as experiment materials,to study the different pH value of simulated acid rain on physiological characteristics.The results showed that with the enhanced acid,chlorophyll content,MDA and the permeability of cell membranes increased;peroxidase(POD) activity decreased,catalase(CAT) activity increased firstly and then decreased gradually,proline content increased.
