高山杜鹃组培快繁技术体系研究

摘    要:以高山杜鹃嫩芽茎段为外植体,掌握高山杜鹃组织培养快速繁殖技术体系.对高山杜鹃进行初代培养、继代增殖培养、生根培养和试管苗假植练苗,筛选出高山杜鹃的最佳组织培养的培养基配方及摸索出快速繁殖的适宜条件.结果表明:最佳的发生培养基为1/4MS+MS铁盐+1/10MS微量元素+VB5+水解乳蛋白500 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+ZT 2 mg/L+琼脂6 g/L,发生率为81%;继代增殖培养基同发生培养基,最佳的增殖率为1∶5;试管苗的生根培养基为珍珠岩+泥炭+自制生根粉,生根率达96%,试管苗练苗成活率达98%.

Abstract:This study took Rhododendron delavayi stem apexes as explants to explore Rhododendron delavayi rapid propagation tissue culture technology stem.Through early-generation training,following generation multiplication training,training to take root and actually,to select Rhododendron delavayi's best tissue culture medium,and find the most optimum environmental conditions.The results showed: the optimal medium for callus inducement was 1/4MS+MS molysite+1/10MS microelement+VB5+ hydrolyzed lactoprotein 500 mg/L+s...
