摘    要:以3 a生‘黄山种’茶苗为试材,研究了喷施外源脱落酸(ABA)和水杨酸(SA)对越冬期茶树叶片抗寒性相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:ABA和SA可抑制茶树叶片细胞膜透性的增加和可溶性蛋白含量的降低,提高可溶性糖的含量;ABA处理的叶片,冻害发生指数随着浓度的增加而降低,以25 mg/L处理效果最好;SA处理的叶片,冻害发生指数随着浓度的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,以3 mmol/L处理效果最好。

Abstract:Taking 3-year-old tea plant(Camellia sinensis cv.Huangshanzhong) as material,the effects of exogenous abscisic acid(ABA) and salicylic acid(SA) on physiological indexs related to cold resistance were studied.The results showed that ABA and SA treatment inhibited the increase of cell membrane permeability(electrical conductivity) and the decrease of soluble protein content,but contributed to the increase of soluble sugar content.The frostbite index decreased as the increase of the ABA concentration,the best ...
