低温寡照对日光温室番茄幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以“金棚1号”番茄为试材,选择典型节能型日光温室,通过张挂遮阳网建立低温寡照环境,利用盆栽试验研究冬季低温寡照对日光温室番茄幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:低温寡照处理下番茄生长受到抑制,净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素含量均下降,胞间CO2浓度与对照比较变化不明显;在最低温度2~3℃,透光率51.96%条件下,低温寡照2d,对温室番茄影响较小,可迅速恢复至对照水平;低温寡照3d,产生一定影响,但是依然可恢复;低温寡照4d,影响较大,即使置于良好环境,依然恢复不明显;低温寡照5d,严重影响温室蔬菜生产,置于良好条件依然恢复性差,各项指标均有下降趋势.

Abstract:’Jinpeng No.1’tamato was chosen as material,according to the weather characteristics of Tianjin,choose a typical greenhouse to establishing environment of low temperature and spare sunlight with shade nets,the influence of low temperature and less sunlight on the seedling growth of tomato in greenhouse in winter with the pot experiment were studied.The results showed that under the environment of low temperature and less sunlight,the grows of tomato was depressing,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and chlorophyll content were all decreasing,but the change of CO2concentration was inconspicuous;on the condition of the lowest temperature was 2~3℃ and the 51.96% of light transmittance,influence on tomato was minor and it can resume quickly with two days low temperature and less sunlight;it could make a little influence with three days of low temperature and less sunlight it could resume quickly;but with the four days condition the influence on tomato was serious it could not be resumed well even though in better environment;with the five days condition the influence on tomato was critical it could not be resumed at all.
