| 摘 要： | 为优化微波提取红枣多糖的工艺条件,在微波功率、提取时间、液料比和提取次数4个单因素试验的基础上采用SAS 8.2软件设计试验,用响应面分析优化各因素及其相互作用的最佳组合。结果表明:微波最佳提取红枣多糖参数为:微波功率800 W,提取时间75 min,液料比8,提取次数3;在此条件下,多糖理论提取量为27.3%;微波功率和液料比对红枣多糖提取率影响最大。
