摘    要:以濒危植物太行花顶芽为试材,采用植物组织培养方法,研究了植物生长调节剂对太行花无菌苗丛生芽诱导和生根的影响,以期为太行花快速繁殖、资源保护和园林应用提供参考依据。结果表明:在MS+6-BA 0.6 mg·L-1+IBA 0.15 mg·L-1培养基中,太行花丛生芽增殖系数较高且无玻璃化现象,为优化的增殖培养基;在MS+IBA 1.5 mg·L-1培养基中太行花无菌苗生根率为100%,生根系数也最高,可达4.96,为优化的生根培养基。

Abstract:Taking the young top buds of the endangered plant Taihangia rupestris as test material sterile seedlings through primary culture was obtained,the effects of plant growth regulators on the induction of cluster buds and rooting were studied,in order to provide a reference for rapid reproduction,resource conservation and landscape application of T.rupestris.The results showed that the optimized proliferation medium of T.rupestris was MS + 6-BA 0.6 mg · L-1+ IBA0.15 mg·L-1,and the optimized rooting medium was MS+IBA 1.5 mg·L-1.The rooting rate of aseptic seedlings was 100%,and the highest rooting coefficient was 4.96.
