青绿苔草种子精选与催芽技术研究

摘    要:以青绿苔草种子为试材,研究精选和催芽技术,解决青绿苔草直播和育苗出苗率较低、发芽时间较长的问题。结果表明:38℃下用3g/L KNO3浸泡12h后的下沉种子,发芽率和发芽指数显著提高;层积150d的发芽指数为18.15,是对照的3倍,发芽时间显著缩短,第7天发芽率就接近90%,是适宜的催芽方法。

Abstract:To solve the problem that Carex leucochloraseeds could not germinate simultaneously so that it was difficult to conduct sexual reproduction and landscape application,the selected and germination acceleration of Carex leucochlora seeds were studied.The results showed that sinked seed soaked 12hby 3g/L KNO 3 solution at 38℃could increase significantly germination percentage and germination index,and cold stratification treatment could increase significantly germination percentage and germination index,after 150dby cold stratification,the germination index was 18.15,the germination time was shortened.
