摘    要:试验对耐热性不同的2个甘蓝品种的种子进行了热激处理,在苗期测定了热激处理对甘蓝叶片膜保护系统的影响.结果表明:热激处理后,耐热品种叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的增幅大于不耐热品种.

Abstract:Dealed with a heat shock treatment on cabbage(Brassica oleracea L.) seeds of two varieties,and test it's effect on membrane protective system of cabbage in the seedling stage.The results showed that,after heat shock treatment,the activity of SOD,CAT,POD in the leaves of heat-resistant variety had a higher increase than in the heat-sensitive variety.
