| 摘 要： | 以绿花重瓣铁线莲茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究了2,4-D与6-BA对绿花重瓣铁线莲愈伤组织诱导效应的影响。结果表明:2种生长调节剂单独使用时,均能诱导出愈伤组织,且2种愈伤组织诱导的部位及形态有明显的不同,2,4-D诱导的部位为茎段中部,愈伤组织白色膨松,6-BA诱导的部位为茎段顶端,愈伤组织浅绿色疏松;2,4-D与6-BA配合使用时,相互存在拮抗作用,不利于愈伤组织的诱导。
