| 摘 要： | 以工厂化金针菇菌渣和棉籽壳为主要原料,组成不同的配比进行金顶侧耳(榆黄菇)覆土栽培配方筛选试验.结果表明:不同配方上榆黄菇长势均良好,在0～90％范围内,随菌渣添加量的增加,菌丝满袋天数延长,但现蕾时间却相应缩短；菌渣添加量在0～50％时各配方的总产量无显著差异,菌渣添加量在50％时,生物转化率为120.5％,成本降低18.33％,单菌袋净利润最高.
