野生与组培吊石苣苔叶绿素含量及其日变化比较

摘    要:用分光光度法测定对比了野生和组培吊石苣苔叶绿素含量的日变化,以了解吊石苣苔光合生理,以便更好地引种栽培吊石苣苔.结果表明:野生吊石苣苔叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量都高于组培吊石苣苔;野生吊石苣苔叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量的高峰值都出现在14:00,组培吊石苣苔都出现在16:00;野生吊石苣苔叶绿素含量的日变化趋势是先升高后降低,组培吊石苣苔是先降低、再升高、然后再降低;野生吊石苣苔叶绿素a/b比值小于组培吊石苣苔.综上,野生吊石苣苔叶绿素含量高于组培吊石苣苔,捕捉光能以及光能转换能力比组培吊石苣苔强.组培吊石苣苔对环境变化的适应能力较野生植株弱,还需继续优化组培苗移栽条件.
