摘    要:以从国内外搜集的52份萝卜种质资源为试材,连续2年对19个表型性状进行了鉴定,采用相关系数、主成分分析和聚类分析等多元统计方法,研究了萝卜材料的遗传多样性,以期为有效利用萝卜种质资源提供参考依据。结果表明:各性状遗传多样性指数在0.57~2.04,表明所选萝卜种质资源具有丰富的遗传变异类型;应用相关性分析发现,各性状之间的相关系数中达到极显著水平的有15对性状,表明大部分表型性状间具有内在联系;主成分分析表明,19个性状可以提取反映肉质根外观、产量构成和叶片表型的3类影响因子;聚类分析结果显示在欧氏距离3.7时可将参试材料分为九大组群,各组群群体性状表现与萝卜传统分类相关但不严格对应,综合多个表型性状来判断萝卜资源差异的大小会更加科学可靠。

Abstract:To evaluate 52accessions of radish from domestic and abroad,19phenotypic traits had been evaluated in the experimental field of Hebei for two years.The data were analyzed by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis to study the genetic diversity,in order to provide the theoretical guidance in purposely utilizing radish germplasm resources.The results showed that diversity index of traits were between 0.57-2.04,which indicated that the genetic diversity of radish resources was abundant.Correlation analysis found that there were 15correlation coefficients between traits reaching very significant level,which indicated that the most phenotypic traits were intrinsically linked.Three impact factors that reflect the appearance of fleshy root,yield composition and leaf phenotype respectively could fully reflect phenotypic traits.At 3.7Euclidean distances,52 radish resources could be classified into 9groups,which were related to the traditional classification of radish but not strictly.It was more scientific and reliable to judge the genetic differences among radish resources combining multiple phenotypic traits.
