枸杞呼吸特性研究

摘    要:对枸杞生长发育过程中呼吸速率的变化及不同成熟度浆果在不同温度贮藏过程中的呼吸速率、细胞膜透性、失水率变化进行研究。结果表明:在枸杞生长发育过程中以及贮藏过程中随贮藏时间延长均无呼吸高峰出现,认为枸杞可能为非呼吸跃变型果实,同时在低温条件下不同成熟度浆果细胞膜透性、失水率上升较缓慢。

Abstract:The changes of respiration rate were studied with Lycium barbarum L.during its maturation,and the different matured berry respiration rate,berry cell membrane permeability and fruit water loss rate were all studied during storage at different temperatures.The results showed that there was no respiration peak during its maturation and during storage at different temperatures.Lycium barbarum L.belongs to no climacteric,berry cell membrane permeability and fruit water loss rate raised slowly at the lower stora...
