| 摘 要： | 为了大面积推广在万州区的种植面积,探索有效的栽培方式,经过半年的苗期栽培试验研究,调查了弓棚设置、地面覆膜与露地栽培方式下库拉索芦荟的各项生长量。结果表明:弓棚设置与地面覆膜方式下大大地促进了芦荟根系的生长,单株重量也占有明显的优势,同时保护设施能减少冷害的发生,有效的控制病害的发生。而这2种保护设置的成本远远低于大棚设置,建议三峡库区万州区库拉索芦荟在苗期栽植中进行弓棚或地面覆膜方式。
