| Abstract: | Polysaceharides were the important biologically active components in edible and pharmaceutical fungus.This article presented the current research of its pharmacological effect and exploitation in details,meanwhile,the problems encountered during the research and exploitation of edible and pharmaceutical fungus polysaccharides were also discussed. |
