| Abstract: | A high recovery rate of lentinan was given by ultrafilftration membrane,and ultrafilftration membrane was not so easy to damage the bioactivity of lentinan.It consumed energy less and was suited to industrialization production of lentinan.This paper summarized the development of studies on the ultrafilftration membrane and its application in the extraction of lentinan. |
