摘    要:采用气相色谱和高效液相色谱分析方法,比较了露地与设施条件下苯醚甲环唑、吡虫啉和三唑酮 3 种农药在甜瓜上的残留消解动态。结果表明:设施内 3 种农药的初始农药残留均高于露地;在果皮上,大棚条件下苯醚甲环唑、三唑酮比露地条件下降解慢,而吡虫啉降解速度相差不大;在果肉中,大棚条件下吡虫啉、三唑酮比露地条件下降解速度慢,苯醚甲环唑比露地条件下降解速度略快。

Abstract:The GC with NPD and the HPLC with UVD were used to determine the residue of difenoconazole,imidacloprid and triadimefon applied to melon plants grown in pplastic house and open field.The results showed that the initiative concentrations of three pesticides on the plants grown in plastic house were always higher than those on plant grown in open field.The degradation rates of the difenoconazole and triadimefon in melon peel under plastic house were slower than open field.The degradation rates of the imidacloprid were not significant between plastic house and open field.The degradation rates of the imidacloprid and triadimefon in melon pulp were slower under plastic house than in open field,however,the degradation rates of the difenoconazole were faster under plastic house than in open field.
