| 摘 要： | 岱丰栗是从泰山板栗实生资源中选出的丰产优质型新品种,果实综合性状优良。该品种每苞含坚果2.31个,刺束稀疏,出实率44.6%。坚果平均单粒质量9.30 g,红褐色,明亮,果面光洁。涩皮易剥离,果肉黄色,质地细腻,风味香甜,糯性强,含糖量20.54%,淀粉63.03%,粗蛋白9.31%,含水率52.63%。山东泰安9月中旬为最佳采收期。
