虎皮病的防治研究概况

摘    要:虎皮病的防治主要包括化学和非化学防治。化学防治的方法很多,目前最有效的是使用二苯胺,但是人类出于对自身健康的考虑,许多消费者已开始不愿接受化学处理的果实,非化学防治成为人们研究的热点。非化学防治主要包括气调贮藏、采后热处理和虎皮病预测。

Abstract:The control of superficial scald mainly consists of chemical control and non-chemical control. Superficial scald can be effectively controlled by the antioxidants diphenylamine (DPA) and ethoxyquin. But because of doubts about safety of these chemicals as food additivies there is a concern about their future acceptance as postharvest treatments. This has increased the interest in alternative methods of scald control. In the recent years the research has focused on non-chemical control by controlled atmosphere storage, postharvest heat treatment and superficial scald prediction.
