摘    要:对浙江不同分布地杨梅雄株观察表明,雄株在花序形态及花粉数量、发育度上有明显差异。电镜扫描观察 发现,杨梅花粉赤道面观近椭圆形,极面观为钝三角形,花粉具3个萌发孔,萌发孔呈不规则圆形,3孔间成三角状; 不同样品间花粉粒及萌发孔的大小有差异,花粉粒大小在27.1μm×26.1μm-22.3μm×18.3 μm,萌发孔大小在3.48 μm×3.31μm-1.65μm×1.12μm;不同产区采集的花粉外壁纹饰不同,呈鱼鳞状或颗粒状突起,可分成光滑型、粗糙型 和中间型。观察可为杨梅授粉机理研究及杨梅雄株鉴定分类、育种亲本选择提供科学依据。

Abstract:Observation was carried out with the inflorescences and pollens of bayberry (Myrica rubra) collected from different regions in Zhejiang province and examinned through scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the inflorescence and pollen characteristics of bayberry plant grown in different regions were quite different. The bayberry pollen is oval in shape from the equatorial side, but blunt triangle from the polar side. There are three irregular round germinal poles on the surface of pollen, which shows a triangular distribution in the surface of pollen. The size of pollen and germinal pole were in the range of 27.1 μm ×26.1 μm-22.3 μm×18.3 μm and 3.48 μm×3.31-1.65 μm×1.12 μm, respectively. The ornamentation of pollen exine was scaly or granular and also different from regions, which can be divided into smooth type, rough type and intermediate-type. It is believed that the results are useful for research of pollination, taxonomic identification of male plants and selection of parents for hybridization of bayberry.
