| 摘 要： | 本文对原产我国的优良桃砧木—山桃Prunus davidiana(Carr.)Franch]进行了茎尖培养的研究。山桃茎尖在G培养基上增殖与生长最好。适宜的激素浓度为(毫克/升)BA1.0、IBA0.5,若再加入GA0.1,可明显促进新梢的生长。附加BA、IBA各0.1的G和1/2G大量元素培养基适于继代培养。培养出的新梢在1/2MS培养基中附加0.1毫克/升NAA生根率高,在新梢基部削伤和暗培养可提高生根率。小植株已成功移栽入土。

| Abstract: | In this experiment, some factors affected on in vitro propagation of David peach (P. davidiana) were studied.In vitro propagation of David peach was achieved on G medium with 1.0mg/1 BA, 0.5 mg/1 IBA, if added 0.1 mg/1 GA, the number of effective shoots (>1cm) could be increased. Lower concentration of hormones(0.1—0.5mg/1 BA and IBA)was favorable for subculture. The cultured shoots were successfully rooted on 1/2MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/1 NAA. The rooting percentageswere enhanced by wounding and dark treatment. Some of the plantlets were successfully transferred to soil. |
