摘    要:研究了网纹甜瓜花粉生活力在不同保存温度和培养温度下的变化,结果表明25-35℃培养温度范围最适合 网纹甜瓜花粉萌发,萌发下限温度为10℃,上限温度为45℃。常温(25℃)下网纹甜瓜花粉极易失去活力;5℃低温条 件下比较适合于网纹甜瓜花粉的短期保存;-20℃和-75℃低温条件下不适合网纹甜瓜花粉的保存。

Abstract:Experiment was carried out with the pollens of netted-muskmelon (Cucumis melo) for studying the effects of cultured and preservation temperatures on the pollen viability. The result indicated that 25-35℃ was the optimum germination temperature; the lowest germination temperature was 10℃, and the highest temperature was 45℃. The 5℃ was the optimum temperature for storing pollen for a short term.Temperature of as low as -20℃ and -75℃ were proved to be not suitable for pollen preservation of netted-muskmelon.
