摘    要:选择出口量最大的香菇为材料,分析了三个不同香菇品种对有害重金属镉的积累.结果表明,3个香菇品种对重金属Cd的富集能力为;庆科20〉241—1〉9015,建议可以9015为抗重金属Cd的栽培品种。

Abstract:Three strains of Lentinula edodes, the largest category of edible mushrooms exported from China, were selected for a comparative study of cadmium (Cd) bioaccumulation capacity. L. edodes strain qingke-20 exhibited the highest Cd bioaccumulation capacity from growth substrates containing both high and low concentrations of the heavy metal. Lower levels of Cd bioaccumulation were observed with strain 241-1, whereas strain 9015 exhibited the lowest bioaccumulation capacity. This latter strain appeared to be relatively resistant to Cd uptake and may be suitable for commercial production purposes.
