摘    要:在香菇交配型基因研究的基础上,提出了以交配型基因为主要标记的香菇菌种鉴定新方法。这一方法以香菇性亲合性理论为基础,以交配型基因的等位性和多型性为依据,以标准菌株原生质体单核体的两种亲本交配型为遗传标记,以待测菌株的原生质体单核体为材料。该方法中使用的原生质体方法和交配型测定方法都是相当成熟的技术,操作方便可靠。

Abstract:Based on Lentinula edodes mating type gene research, according to sex compatibility of Lentinula edodes and allelism and polymorphism of mating type gene, using two parental mating types of protoplasted monokaryon from typical strain as genetic marker with protoplasted monokaryon from testing strains of Lenlinula edodes as testing material, a new identification method of Lentinula edodes strains using mating type gene as main marker was recommended. The methods of making protoplasted monokaryon and mating type testing were successful technique, which made this new method convenient and reliable.
