Abstract:The current status and developmental trends relating to the safety and risk assessment of selected pesticide residues in various edible fungi are described.This review is intended to identify potential research priorities,reduce the potential hazards associated with pesticide residues and promote the safety of products available either in domestic markets or sold for export.
