摘    要:较全面地回顾、总结、展望了我国食用菌产业的发展历程,存在问题和发展趋势。总结了具有中国特色的食用菌产业发展历程中的三个战略转变和三个优势,了我国食用菌产业新的发展阶段面临的六个方面的新情况,新问题,提出了21世纪食用菌产业进行战略性结构调整必须采取的12个对策。/

Abstract:The developing course, existing problems and the developing trend of mushroom industry of China were retrospected, summarized and prospected in this article. And 3 strategical changes and 3 superiorities during the developing course of mushroom industry with Chinese features were summarized, 6 new conditions and problems during the new developing stages of China mushroom industry were analyzed, while 12 countermeasures and suggestions for the strategical frame modulation of China mushroom industry in 21 century were submitted too.
