高压均质法提取云芝胞内糖肽

摘    要:采用高压均质法提取云芝(Coriolus versicolor)胞内糖肽,与热水法进行比较。结果表明:高压均质提取的云芝胞内糖肽得率是热水提取的2倍,为(20.2±0.6)%;采用高压均质法提取的组分5相对百分含量最高,为48.07%;扫描电镜下观察发现,与热水提取相比,高压均质提取时云芝菌丝体破碎程度比较高。

Abstract:High-pressure homogenization (HPH) and hot water extraction (HWE)were used to extract intracellular polysaccharopeptide (IP) from Coriolus versicolor mycelia.Yields of IP extracted using HPH reached (20.2±0.6)%, which were twice as high as those achieved using HWE.HPLC separated the IPs into six components, of which the component with a peak retention time of 26.46 mins made up 48.07% of the material extracted using HPH.Scanning electron microscopy revealed that HPH-treated mycelium had a more porous and ruptured structure compared to HWE-treated samples.
