| Abstract: | It was showed in our experiment that the inhibition effect of different antiseptics with different con\| centrations on the moulds and the mycelial growth of different edible fungi was different. And Dimethyl fumarate(DMF) was proved to be an appropriate antiseptic with broad antibiotic spectrum. |
