| 摘 要： | 试验结果表明，通过前发酵使生料中的益生菌增殖，不但可以拮抗有害杂菌^1]，还可以利用益生菌产生的代谢产物^2]，促进香菇和金针菇的生长，使其品质和生物学效率均较传统栽培模式的有所提高。

| Abstract: | The reproduction of beneficial microbes was made through the first phase fermentation of raw materials in the compost in order to resist the harmful fungi and to promote the growth of Lentinula edodes and Flammulina velutipes using the metabolic products of the beneficial microbes. And the experimental results also showed that the quality and biological efficiency of L. edodes and F. velutipes cultivated with raw compost mixed with beneficial microbes were higher than that of the traditional cultivation mode. |
