鲜食和加工兼用品种新胡萝卜1号的选育

摘    要:新胡萝卜1号是从当地农家品种自然混杂后代中经过近10a(年)选育而成的一个新品种。植株生长势较强,肉质根粗圆柱形,长14~16cm,粗4~5cm,单根质量120~140g。肉质根皮色、肉色和心柱色都为橙红色且群体“三红”比率达95%以上,适合于鲜食和加工,其质脆味甜,水分适中,综合性状均优于原始亲本和当地其它生产用品种。该品种平均产量达64.5t·hm-2,适应性强,目前已在新疆、陕西和四川等地推广200hm2以上。

Abstract:Xin Huluobu No.1 is a new carrot variety selected in ten years from natural hybrid progeny of local variety. The growth of the variety is vigorous. The fleshy root is cylind rical,14 16cm long,and 4 5cm wide and 120 140g. The cuticular,texture and centrum all are orange red. The texture of root is crisp and contains moderate moisture. It is suitable for fresh edible and processing. The average yield was 64.5t·hm -2 . It was grown over 200hm 2 in Xinjiang,Shanxi and Sichuan.
