| 摘 要： | 采用CTAB、CTAB-Free、PVP、SDS 4种方法提取冬瓜DNA。结果表明：PVP法和CTAB-Free法提取的冬瓜DNA质量高，完全能满足分子生物学研究的需要。

| Abstract: | DNA from winter gourd(Benincase hispida Cogn.)was extracted by methods of CTAB,CTAB-Free,PVP,SDS and the effects of different extraction methods were compared and analyzed.By evaluating purity of DNA,concentration of DNA and DNA yield,the result indicated that the effect of CTAB-Free and PVP were better than that of CTAB,SDS. |
