| 摘 要： | 对1989～2010年6月美国转基因马铃薯田间试验的相关数据进行分析，揭示了美国转基因马铃薯田间试验的变化特点和趋势。20 a间，美国先后受理了925次转基因马铃薯的田间试验申请，占美国转基因作物田间试验总次数的6.1 %，涉及到8个主要目标性状，27家研究机构，32个试验地点，累计试验面积达129 860.69 hm2。此外，还分析了美国转基因马铃薯田间试验变化的影响因素，并对转基因马铃薯的育种趋势进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | A survey was made into the America database on field trials of genetically modified potato（Solanum tuberosum L.）during 1989 to June 2010 in order to reveal the change characteristics and research trend of genetically modified potato in America. Results indicated that 925 field trials, taking 6.1 % of the total field trials numbers on genetically modified potato, were undertaken in 32 states during the last 20 years, dealing with 8 main target characteristics, and 27 research institutions. The accumulated trial areas reached 129 860.69 hm2. In addition，this paper also analyzes the factors effecting changes in field trial of genetically modified potato in America, and carries out discussion on the trend of transgenic potato breeding. |
