摘    要:以四季小白菜为试材,采用盆栽方式研究不同生物炭添加量对黄壤镉(Cd)污染的缓解作用及普通白菜生长的影响。结果表明:添加生物炭可以显著提高Cd污染土壤的pH值,显著降低土壤中有效态Cd含量,降低其生物富集系数,从而缓解Cd对普通白菜生长的抑制作用,显著提高普通白菜的出苗率及株高、根长、单株鲜质量、单株干质量等生长指标,显著降低植株体内的Cd含量,抑制Cd从地下部转运到地上部。综合来看,10%生物炭添加量的效果最好。

Abstract:Taking‘Sijixiaobaicai’as test material,this paper studied the effects of biochar addition at different proportions on the mitigation of cadmium(Cd)toxicity in yellow soil and growth of pakchoi.The results showed that adding biochar could obviously increase the pH value of soil contaminated by Cd,significantly decrease the content of available Cd in soil and reduce its bioaccumulation coefficient,thereby relieving the inhibiting effect of Cd on growth of pakchoi.The addition of biochar could also increase the emergence rate,plant height,root length,fresh weight per plant and dry mass per plant of pakchoi;significantly reduced the Cd content in the plant;inhibited Cd being transported from underground to above ground.In general,adding 10% biochar has the best effect.
