草莓果胶裂解酶RNA干扰表达载体构建

摘    要:为提高草莓果实硬度,延长货架期,利用草莓果胶裂解酶(PL)382bp的一段保守序列构建了RNA干扰植物表达载体;利用农杆菌介导将其成功转入到草莓中,通过PCR检测出2株阳性转化植株。

Abstract:In order to enhance the firmness of strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch.)and extend the shelf life, this experiment constructed RNA interference(RNAi)expression vector using a 382 bp conservative fragment of pectate lyase. The target gene was successfully transferred into strawberry via Agrobacterium. Two postitive transformants were detected through PCR analysis.
