辣椒新品种淮椒3号的选育

淮椒3号是以南方引进的羊角形辣椒经3代定向选择而成的优良自交系95003为母本,以当地牛角形辣椒经4代单株自交育成的稳定自交系93010为父本配制而成的中晚熟辣椒一代杂种。定植至采收60d(天)左右,开花至始收30d(天)左右。植株生长势强,连续坐果能力强。果实粗羊角形,果长20cm左右,横径3～4cm,果肉厚2.5mm左右;果皮深绿色,光滑,肉质细软,微辣。对病毒病、炭疽病和疮痂病的抗性优于豫椒6号和八寸红。每667m2产量4000kg左右,适宜春露地、越夏、麦茬、麦套栽培,也可作秋延后栽培。
