| 摘 要： | 蔬菜废弃物无序堆置和低效处理导致的环境污染和资源浪费等问题日益突出,其资源化高效利用研究与创新迫在眉睫。本文总结了我国蔬菜废弃物的主要来源与特点;从肥料化、能源+肥料化、饲料化等多种资源化利用途径的创新研究方面进行综述,分析了资源化处理途径的特点;并对我国蔬菜废弃物资源化高效利用途径进行了展望。 |

| Abstract: | Problems of environmental pollution and resource waste caused by disorderly stacking and inefficient disposal of vegetable waste are becoming increasingly prominent. It is urgent to study and innovate high efficient utilization of vegetable waste. This paper summarized the main sources and characteristics of vegetable waste in China；reviewed the innovative studies on multiple utilization of fertilizer，energy + fertilizer，feed and other resources；analyzed the characteristics of resource management approach；and prospected the efficient recycling utilization of vegetable waste in China. |
