摘    要:利用丙酸钙、脱氢乙酸钠、山梨酸钾3种防腐剂对马铃薯脱毒试管苗污染的控制效果进行了研究。结果表明:山梨酸钾对马铃薯脱毒试管苗污染的控制效果最好,在0.18 g?L-1浓度水平上污染率为0,且对脱毒试管苗的生长无影响,持效性强,为最佳的抑菌剂浓度|脱氢乙酸钠次之,在0.05~0.09 g?L-1浓度水平上对脱毒试管苗污染表现出了明显的控制效果,污染率为0~10%,但对脱毒试管苗的生长有一定的抑制作用|丙酸钙对马铃薯脱毒试管苗污染的控制效果最差。

Abstract:The control effects of 3 preservatives on virus-free potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)plantlets contamination were studied by calcium propionate,sodium dehydroacetate and potassium sorbate.The results showed that potassium sorbate had the best controlling effect on virus-free potato plantlets contamination.Its contamination rate was 0 in the 0.18 g·L-1 concentration level,and had no influence on the growth of virus-free potato plantlets.Its continuous effect is strong,and is regard as the best antibacterial agent concentration.Sodium dehydroacetate showed obvious control effect on virus-free potato plantlets contamination in 0.05-0.09 g·L-1 concentration level.Its contamination rate was 0-10%,but the growth of virus-free potato plantlets was inhibited.The controlling effect of calcium propionate on virus-free potato plantlets contamination was the worst.
