摘    要:为评价马铃薯种质资源耐寒性鉴定指标和分析方法的可靠性,筛选不同耐寒性马铃薯材料,采用电导率法和田间自然霜冻法进行鉴定,用隶属函数法和聚类分析法对103 份马铃薯种质资源的耐寒性进行分析。结果表明,半致死温度和霜冻表型分级鉴定结合隶属函数法和聚类分析法能够有效评价马铃薯种质资源的耐寒性。采用上述方法进行综合评价,得到21份不耐寒材料和16 份较耐寒材料,为耐寒马铃薯资源定向收集提供参考。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the reliability of cold tolerance identification indicators and analytical methods for different potato germplasm resources,and to screen different cold-tolerant potato materials, this study used conductivity method and field natural frost method to identify and analyze the cold tolerance of 103 potato germplasm resources by membership function method and clustering analysis method.The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature and frost phenotypic classification combined with membership function method and clustering analysis method could effectively evaluate the cold tolerance of potato.Taking the above comprehensive evaluation method,21 parts of non-cold resistant materials,and 16 parts of cold resistant materials were obtained.Thus,certain references for directional collection of cold-tolerant potato resources were provided.
