| 摘 要： | 采用国际已知含单显性抗病基因的系列品系，对采集自甘肃省马铃薯不同生态种植区的75个菌株进行生理小种鉴定。共鉴定出45 个生理小种，其中生理小种l.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11 出现的频率最高，占被测菌株总数的22.67％，是甘肃省的优势生理小种；被测菌株中可克服抗性基因R4、R8 和R11 的频率在80% 以上，可克服抗性基因R8 的菌株普遍存在于各采集地。

| Abstract: | This study used international differential host containing sing le dominant resistance gene to determine race of 75 isolates of Phytophthora infestans from different eco-regions of potato production in Gansu Province．And 45 races were determined，among which race 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10.11 occurred with the highest frequency，and accounting for 22.67% of the determined isolates．They were the dominant races in Gansu Province．Among the tested strains，the frequency of isolates，which could overcome R4，R8 and R11 genes was over 80%．The strains，that could overcome R8 gene，could be founded in all collection places． |
