小白菜耐抽薹品种及其馅用特性的比较研究

摘    要:对11个小白菜品种冬春季育苗移栽后的生长、耐抽薹性及馅用特性进行了研究。结果表明,春油1号、春油2号、京绿7号始终未抽薹;四月 慢、五月慢和扬州青也具有较强的耐抽薹性;而寒笑、暑绿、京冠1号、苏州青、绿扬青极易抽薹,均不宜作冬春季大棵菜栽培。四月慢、春油1号和 早春采收的京绿7号较适馅用,春油1号和京绿7号适宜初冬种植,早春收获;四月慢适于冬末种植。最适宜馅用小白菜原料的单株质量200 g左右,叶 片和叶柄的鲜质量比约为 4∶10。

Abstract:Bolting tolerance and stuffing characteristics of 11 pakchoi varieties transplanted by seedlings in winter and spring were studied. The results showed:‘Chunyou No.1’,‘Chunyou No.2’,‘Jinglv No.7’were never bolting,‘Siyueman’,‘Wuyueman’ and ‘Yangzhouqing’had strong bolting tolerance. While‘Hanxiao’,‘Shulv’,‘Jingguan No.1’,‘Suzhouqing’and‘Lvyangqing’ were easily bolting in spring.They were not suitable for cultivation in winter and spring.‘Siyueman’,‘Chunyou No.1’and ‘Jinglv No.7’are suitable for stuffing,‘Chunyou No.1’and‘Jinglv No.7’can be sown in early winter and harvested in early spring,while‘Siyueman’is better be sown in late winter.The best stuffing pakchoi is 200 g per-single plant.The best ratio between fresh weight of leaf and stalk is about 4∶10.
