小白菜花茎无蜡粉性状遗传分析

摘    要:通过花茎有蜡粉的甲型两用系AB早生华京和无蜡粉的华冠青梗自交系杂交、自交、回交转育,对F1、F2及BC1进行有无蜡粉性状及育性鉴定,对小白菜花茎无蜡粉性状的遗传规律进行了初步研究。结果表明,小白菜花茎无蜡粉性状由1对隐性核基因控制,该基因与细胞核雄性不育基因Ms和育性恢复基因Msf无连锁关系。

Abstract:In this study,stalk waxless character was controlled by a pair of recessive nuclear genes,stalk wax is dominant,while waxless is recessive.The nuclear gene has no relation with genic male sterility gene(Ms)and fertility restoring gene(Msf).The results are concluded by crossing,backcrossing,selfing test of AB lines typeⅠ Zaoshenghuajing(with wax)and Huaguanqinggeng(waxless),and the fertility and wax character of F1,F2 and BC1 were identified.
