摘    要:本文综述了枣粉的开发价值、应用及加工中的技术难题,分析了国内枣粉加工技术的现状,探讨了枣粉加工技术的发展趋势与开发前景。

Abstract:This paper reviewed about the great potential value of jujube powder, its applications and the difficulties in the processing of jujube powder. The current situation of the domestic jujube powder processing technology was analyzed and the development trend and prospects of jujube powder was also discussed.
