毛木耳多糖水提液抗氧化能力研究

摘    要:院以两种毛木耳子实体粉体为原料,采用常规方法测定毛木耳多糖水提液的DPPH自由基清除能力、超氧阴离子清除能力、羟基自由基清除能力。通过对比研究发现,随着粉碎细度的增加,毛木耳多糖水提液抗氧化能力明显提升。

Abstract:Auricularia polytricha was used as raw material in this paper. DPPH free radical-scavenging capacity, superoxide anion-scavenging capacity, and hydroxyl radical-scavenging capacity of water-extraction from powder of two kinds of auricularia polytricha polysaccharide fruiting body, are measured by conventional method. It is found by comparative research that oxidation resistance of water -extraction from auricularia polytricha polysaccharide increases significantly as the increase of degree of fineness of powder.
