摘    要:本文以枸杞多糖的提取得率为衡量指标,考察了料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间三种因素对枸杞多糖得率的影响,从而优化了枸杞多糖的提取工艺。最终实验得出提取枸杞多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:27g/mL,浸提温度81益,浸提时间为2.5h。在此条件下,枸杞多糖得率为5.03%。经过对二次响应面的分析,在最佳工艺参数下,得出枸杞多糖提取获得率的二次回归方程。

Optimization of Polysaccharides Extraction from Lycium Barbarum Using Response Surface Analysis

Abstract:According to the evaluation index of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction yield, the effect on three factors including LBP yield of the material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time were investigated. The quadratic response surface analysis was carried out. Under the optimized parameters, LBP extraction of quadratic regression equation were obtained. The optimum technological conditions for LBP extraction was gained according to the result:the material liquid ratio was 1:27g/mL, extraction temperature was 81℃, extraction time was 2.5h, and the yield of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides under the condition was 5.03%. In this paper, we discuss the optimum condition for Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction, which provided a new platform for the research of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide.
